High-quality ski school
The ski school at Vogel allows you to perfect your skiing or snowboarding skills or learn from scratch. Experienced and friendly instructors will ensure that learning is fun, safe, and effective.
We wish you a lot of fun learning to ski or snowboard. You are in good hands with the teachers who work at our ski resort.
Beginnings
The first turns are usually done in Children's Park, but it is also suitable for adult beginners. As long as you are in Children's Park, you don't need a ski pass. You only need a cable car ticket if you come from the valley.
In case the teacher decides that your knowledge is good enough to ski/snowboard on the slopes, you can get to the upper Ticket Office, where you just pay the difference between the cable car ticket and the ski pass.

At the ski school SKI FINŽGAR, we will teach every lover of the slopes to ski or snowboard in a fun and professional manner. If you already have some skills, they will be happy to help you improve. All of their instructors are professionally trained, and the ski school SKI FINŽGAR is a member of the Association of Ski Schools Slovenia.
The ski rental shop SKI FINŽGAR offers high-quality skis and snowboards from the internationally renowned brand Elan. Depending on your preferences and skills, they will provide you with all the equipment for enjoying the snow, both for children and adults. You can rent everything for skiing or snowboarding from Ski Finžgar, as well as sledges for the youngest.
They also offer high-quality ski equipment service, whether it’s a minor service, complete equipment preparation, or repair of damaged equipment. They can also quickly and professionally mount bindings on all types of skis or snowboards. They also offer skiing and snowboarding lessons.
At the upper Vogel cable car station, follow the blue signs and descend to the right via stairs.

ALPINSPORT - SKI & SNOWBOARD SCHOOL, CROSS-COUNTRY SKI SCHOOL, SKI EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Alpinsport Ski School at Vogel Ski Resort is a member of the Association of Ski Teachers and Trainers of Slovenia (ZUTS), a professional organization that operates under the Slovenian Ski Association (SZS) and brings together ski teachers and trainers. Their instructors speak English, German, and Croatian.
The ski equipment rental shops are located at Vogel (near the upper cable car station) and at the Alpinsport agency in Ribčev Laz (Ribčev Laz 53, across the street from the Jezero Hotel). In the rental shops, we have FISCHER ski equipment, GOLTES snowboarding equipment, and FISCHER cross-country skiing equipment.
In addition to ski equipment, you can also rent snowshoes, sledges, and avalanche transceivers.
At Vogel, we have a space for our guests to leave their wardrobes during the day and their ski equipment overnight.
