Vogel – Parking and Public Transport

Parking

Dear visitors,
Please follow the recommendations for parking and public transport.
You may park your vehicles exclusively in designated parking places.

Parking spaces near the bottom station of the Vogel cable car are:

  • Parking under the lower cable car station - free of charge
  • P5 - Ukanc - Naklova glava - payable 3 EUR/hour
  • P6 - Ukanc - križišče (crossroad) 3 EUR/hour
  • P19Ukanc - pri hotelu Zlatorog (at new hotel construction site) 3 EUR/hour

Parking anywhere else, including on the main road, is not allowed and is subject to sanction by the traffic police. (Inter-municipal inspectorate and traffic police of the municipalities of Bled, Bohinj and Železniki).

Public Transport

By Train

For arrivals by train, in cooperation with Destination Bohinj and Slovenian Railways, we offer you the  Bohinj - Ski train Vogel.
The closest train station is Bohinjska Bistrica and the bus station Vogel - križišče.

By Bus

You can also visit us by bus, as there is a direct line from or to Ljubljana.
The nearest bus stop is "Vogel križišče/crossroad". The bus also goes through the village of Bohinjska Bistrica, where you can enter if you arrive to Bohinj by train.
